Adrian Fleming
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Fleming is a geologist with 35 years diversified experience including exploration, project development and operations of mining projects. Exploration continues to be his passion. He has played significant roles in discoveries at Porgera, PNG; Big Bell, Australia; Gross Rosebel, Suriname; and Hope Bay, Nunavut. He was CEO of Underworld Resources (White Gold discovery in the Yukon), which was acquired by Kinross Gold. Adrian is currently CEO of Smash Minerals Corp and a director of Tarsis Exploration.
Gary Freeman
Director
Mr. Freeman is an entrepreneur and financier who has been instrumental in financing, marketing and shareholder relations' capacities with several junior exploration companies. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry, including a number of years in the brokerage industry. He was President and CEO of Pediment Gold Corp. until its merger with Argonaut Gold Inc. in January 2011. He is currently President and CEO of Indico Resources Ltd. and Ethos Capital Corp.
Quinton Hennigh, PhD
Director
Mr. Hennigh is a geologist who, as President of Evolving Gold Corp, was responsible for acquiring that company's gold projects in Wyoming, Nevada and Nunavut. He is also a Director and chief consultant to Gold Canyon Resources Inc. And is CEO of Novo Resources, which is focused on gold exploration in Australia. He is also a Director of Prosperity Goldfields Corp.
Darryl Cardey, CA
Director
Mr. Cardey is a Chartered Accountant and partner with CDM Capital Partners, a private company focused on venture capital financing, merger and acquisitions and financial restructuring. Mr. Cardey has been involved in the mining industry for several years and is co-founder of a number of successful ventures, including Underworld Resources. He has extensive corporate finance contacts both in North America and Europe.
Jeffrey R. Wilson
President & CEO
Jeffrey R. Wilson has 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining investment industry. Mr. Wilson brings to Precipitate a wealth of contacts throughout the investment community including institutional investors, retail brokers, investment bankers, mining analysts and private investors. During his career, Mr. Wilson has been involved in numerous equity financings, ranging from IPOs to private placements and syndicated brokered financings. Mr. Wilson began his career in the early 1990's as an Investor Relations Manager and eventual Director of two public companies, namely Welcome Opportunities Ltd. (which was bought out by Endeavour Mining Capital in 2002) and Aquiline Resources Ltd. (which was bought out by Pan American Silver in 2009). In 2005, Mr. Wilson was involved in the formation of Silver Quest Resources Ltd., which was bought out in 2012 by New Gold Inc. Most recently, Mr. Wilson was VP Corporate Communications at Geologix Explorations Inc.
Michael Moore, P.Geo
VP Exploration
Mr. Moore has over 23 years of field and management experience including work on gold systems in Greenland, Cuba, Ghana and the USA, Achaean nickel-PGM deposits in Nunavut, and mantos type carbonate replacement systems in Mexico. Recent experience includes managing programs on intrusion-related skarn deposits in the Yukon, and studies of intrusion-related gold and copper-gold systems in the Yukon and BC.
Hallein Darby, C.A.
CFO
Ms. Darby has over 20 years of securities and related mining industry experience. She was previously CFO of Silvermex Resources Inc. and was instrumental in overseeing the merger of Silvermex with Genco Resources Ltd. Ms. Darby was also VP Finance of Timmins Gold Corp. and Silvermex Resources, director of client services with Pacific Opportunity Capital and Senior Securities Analyst with the British Columbia Securities Commission. Timmins and Silvermex are junior gold and silver producers respectively. Ms. Darby is also the CFO of Verde Resources Inc.
